Payment Methods
You can pay by credit and debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Poste Pay), PayPal (also in three interest-free installments), Klarna, Satispay, and bank transfer. Cash on delivery, by credit and debit card, or with Satispay is only available if you choose to pick up the product in-store.

Shipping Costs
Express shipping in Italy has a variable cost based on the total purchase: for orders over €100, the cost is €2.90; for orders between €79 and €99.99, the cost is €4.90; for orders under €79, the cost is €6.90. To find out about international shipping costs, please contact our Customer Service.
We offer a fast local delivery service for shipments with destination postal code 00133: for orders over €79, it is free; for orders under €79, it costs €3.90. Shipping costs are always indicated in the order summary before payment confirmation. Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on the product purchased and the delivery area. On average, it takes 2 to 4 business days for an order to be delivered from the moment it is received. For local delivery, times are shorter due to proximity to our store. Once you have made a purchase, you will receive an email with the order summary and all details. To track your shipment and find out the estimated delivery date, access the My Orders section of your account or contact our Customer Service.
In-Store Pickup
If you choose to pick up your purchase in-store, once the order is placed, you will receive a summary email and a subsequent notification when your order is ready for pickup. From that moment, by showing the confirmation email, you can pick up your product in-store.
RETURNS
You may return a product purchased from Glen Roma within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products.
Items must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, with their labels and original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted. Please always refer to the contractual conditions, which you can consult on the terms and conditions of sale page.
Personalized products, custom-made products, vintage products or fine jewelry cannot be returned, with the exception of items that show obvious damage or imperfections. For more information, please consult the terms and conditions of sale.
Once your return has been received, verified, and accepted, you will receive the due refund via the payment method chosen during the purchase phase. Please note that shipping costs for returning goods to our warehouse are borne by the customer.
To initiate the return procedure, please contact our Customer Service within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive the products (or for purchases of multiple products, the day you received the last product).
