Is it possible to collect the order at your Atelier?
Yes, it is possible to collect your order at our atelier. When checking out, please select the "Collect in Atelier" option.
What is the delivery time for the order via courier?
Estimated delivery by express courier is 2 - 4 working days, by choosing express delivery.
What are your Atelier's opening hours?
Our Atelier's opening hours are as follows:
Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

When should I start looking?
We recommend starting it 6-9 months before your wedding day. If you have an earlier date or have decided to get married at the last minute, we also have dresses that you can try on and take home with you in less time.
How many months in advance should I order my dress?
To be completely ready for the big day, most brides order their dress 6-7 months in advance. This gives you enough time to customize your
dress and comfortably schedule 4 fittings so you can look simply stunning in your dream dress.
When will I receive my order?
We'll work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I bring guests to my in-store appointment?
Absolutely! Our advice is to carefully choose your friends and loved ones and limit them to 2-3 people to help you choose your dream dress.
How long is the appointment?
Appointments at the Atelier usually last between 1.5 and 2 hours.
How exactly does the audition process work?
Once you have chosen your dream dress, we will arrange a date and time that suits you for your first fitting. During this first fitting, when you will try on the dress lining, your measurements will be checked and adjusted to your body shape. For the second fitting, we recommend bringing the shoes you will wear on your wedding day, or you can order and customize them with our team. With the fourth fitting, almost always the last one, we will proceed with the final alterations, if needed, to ensure that the dress is splendid and ready to be picked up in time for your wedding day.
Can I customize my dress (add sleeves, a train, and alter the shape)?
Customization is possible with all Glen dresses, both bridal and formal wear. During the first meeting, designer Paola Stramucci will create a sketch of your dream dress, even if you only have an idea to start with.
How is Glen different from other Ateliers?
For 100 years, Glen has been creating haute couture collections that are innovative and fashionable, designed entirely by stylist Paola Stramucci. The garments are handmade with the highest quality fabrics and materials, and it takes between 800 and 1,000 hours of work to develop and create a high fashion dress.
